Before anything else you need to register here an avatar to play the game. But before creating a character consider what type of player you would like to create. height is a very important factor in freestyle as it determines the stats of your character
here are a few guide lines...
For G
if you want to be a pure play-making guard create a guard with the minimum height. smaller guards tend to be faster and have better ball security than taller guards they also have higher 3 point attribute. but since they are very small it's easy to time their shots and as a result it's easier to block them. plus they tend to shoot a lot of 3's for their offense which makes it easier to predict their next move. but for a play-making point guard scoring is not the main idea the idea is to create open shots for teammates. and play defense as small guards also have high steal attribute...
if you want a scoring guard i suggest creating a guard with the maximum height. most players think that having a fast guard gives you the advantage in game because it'll be easier for them to spot up so as a result they create small guards. which are not only small but pretty easy to block plus they are limited to the outside. the guard with the maximum height gives you more dimensions in scoring. he can drive shoot 3's and even dunk at lvl 1 but don't count on duking too much remember you are still just a guard...
G's are spitfire play-makers and long range scorers..
advances at lvl 15 either PG or SG
Maximum Height Male 180cm Female 170cm
Minimum Height Male 170cm Female 160cm
For F's
you generally want a very tall F.. as they have better all around stats having a tall F means you'll have a greater chance in rebounding the ball and blocking shots.. they're slow though..
It all depends though if you want a strong rebounder i suggest going max height.. but if you want quicker f's i suggest going minimum height.. My first character was an F with max height..
F's are effortless scorers of fssb either mid range or up close and they've got a a variety of dunks to display..
Advances at lvl 15 either SF or PF
Maximum Height Male 190cm Female 180cm
Minimum Height Male 180cm Female 170cm
C's
Huge and slow C's are great defenders down low.. with high block and rebound attributes there presence makes it hard for anyone to score inside...
Maximum height hands down don't think of making small C's..
C's are great teammates as long as your C focuses on rebs and defense and scoring on the inside
